Flowery Birthday

I have used a beautiful Simon Says Stamp die from their In My Heart release, to make  a birthday card...
I die cut the flowers and stems from white cardstock and brushed on colored ink.  I adhered the pieces together, and layered both the flowers and the stems to give them a little heft.  I knew that I wanted a sentiment that "fit" into the curve of the smaller flower, and it had to be a birthday sentiment, so I went on a search through my vast collection, until I found  what I thought was the perfect one!  I have been really liking my Bazzill textured cardstock, of late, so I opted to use it on this card!  I love the subtle texture and the deeper shade of white.  I used to use this cardstock ALOT, and have never stopped loving it!
Here's a close up...
It will be April when I wake up, in the morning...where is this year going??!!  I hope you are having a good week...I don't know about you, but am loving making lots of birthday cards...it seems that Spring thru Summer, there are LOTS of birthdays!!  Please take care!
Thanks for visiting me today!! Hugs!! Lisa
