Lovely Friend

I used the beyond beautiful new Simon Says Stamp's Be Kind stamp/die set, from their newest release, Hey Bestie, to make a card for a friend...

 I stamped the image on vellum, silver embossed, die cut, then colored on the back side of the vellum with markers.  I layered the leaves, then adhered to a panel that I had stamped the pretty sentiment on  from the set, with vellum and again, silver embossing powder.  I used a backgound stamp with more vellum on silver cardstock with silver embossing powder for the strips on the top and bottom of the card.  Here's a close up...

Such really pretty stamps in this set...love vellum and metallic, together...such fun!!
