Believe

Today, I'm using yet another new Confetti Cuts die from Reverse Confetti's September Release that I haven't shown you yet!!  The new Reverse Confetti Double Scallop Garland Confetti Cuts die and a new sentiment from the Walk By Faith stamp set go together wonderfully...
The cool thing about this set of dies is that there is a border/outline die, and the other die cuts all the inner 1/2 circles...very cool!!  I used two borders for each garland, and colored the inner 1/2 circles with my markers.  I stamped the sentiment on a woodgrain patterned piece of paper, and adhered the garlands along with some enamel dots onto the card.
 FUN!!!!
Here are pics of the new Reverse Confetti products I used on my card...

Chevrons...Four Ways!!

I just couldn't stop playing around with the new Simon Says Stamp Small Chevron Stripes die!!  This post will show you some of the different ways I thought of using it...so far:)!!...I LOVE this die!!
This first one, I die cut the chevrons facing one another.  I inlaid the die cut chevrons back into the die cut after coloring them with Simon ink cubes...perfect for swiping little papers like these.  I added a layered Simon "hello" die that I also swiped with the same ink as the chevron, only an extra swipe for a darker toned color.

This second one, I die cut and layered different colored chevrons, layered and made a rainbow on either side of a  black center...
here's a close up...

The next one, I made the die smaller to fit the card the short way, by starting the cut on one side of the cardstock, only die cutting 2/3 the way across, then turning it around after STARTING it on the one side, and FINISHING it from the other, only die cutting a short way from THAT side.  I then adhered strips of colored paper behind the die cuts.  I used the Simon Circle Smile die and cut out the "smile" from the circle...
...layered and embossed the smile and then used glossy accents to give the sentiment some shiny!!...

The last one is just my desire for a black and gray chevron striped card with a pop of white...just thought it would look so cool...
Layered the chevrons and the "hello"
OK...I never get tired of saying it...SO MUCH FUN!!  Thanks for visiting me today!! Hugs!! Lisa

Reverse Confetti September Release Blog Hop!

Today, Reverse Confettti is celebrating their September Release with a Blog Hop...the day has finally come, and all the new stamps, dies, and Quick Card Panels are now available for sale over at the Reverse Confettti store!!

You should have arrived here from the amazing Heather Pulvirenti's blog!
I hope you've had some time over the last few days, to see all the new products by way of the sneak peeks and the Confetti Crew's inspirational and creative ways they have used those new products!!  I have made a few cards today, using some of those stamps, dies and a quick card panel that I didn't get to show you on my posts the last three days!  The first card, I used the Thankful, Pretty Panel Confetti Cuts die.  I layered, then popped up over some watercolored paper...using Fall colored paints, then splatterd.  Here's a closeup of the die and watercolor...

The second card I used the Easy As Pie stamp and coordinating Confetti Cuts die set to make a sweet pie card...
I die cut the crust and pie dish, and layered , keeping the circles and heart in the bottom layer of die cut crust.  I also wanted to give my pie dish a more "realistic" look, so I used glossy accents on the teal paper.  I also die cut three black hearts and glossy accented them as well...

The third card, I used the Walk By Faith stamp set and Leafy Confetti Cuts dies, using the sentiment as my focal point with the leaves accenting it.  I brushed some watercolor ink on watercolor paper, and then die cut the leaves.
I layered the leaves twice and joined the two on top and bottom with an enamel dot.
There are SO MANY WONDERFUL things at Reverse Confeti... you have GOT TO CHECK IT OUT!!!  Here are the new products I used on my cards:

Countdown to Confetti...Day Three!

This is the last day of sneaks for the September release at Reverse Confetti...hope you'll sit and have a cup of coffee with me:)...you'll understand as you read on:)...
This month's release has 6 wonderful new stamp sets and 7 sets of new Confetti Cuts dies along with a new set of Quick Card Panels!  TOMORROW is the BIG DAY of the release...September 8th...YOU HAVE to check it out at the Reverse Confetti site...

I used the last new set of stamps being sneaked, Caffeinated Cups,  along with it's coordinating Confetti Cuts dies to make both my cards that I"m sharing with you today, along with two of the new Quick Card panels, Fall Fun!
I LOVE COFFEE...drink it all day long, so you have to know that this set really speaks to me!!  The stamp and die sets have a tall to-go cup and a standard cup in the set...how cool is that?!  And the sentiments are cool and funny...the one I used on my first card CRACKS ME UP!!  I love quotes...this being a  quote by coffee??!!  Now that is funny...but if coffee could  talk, I think it would say, "You can do it"!!  I paper pieced and clear embossed my coffee stamped image to make it "look" more like coffee, here's a close up...

The second one, I used the standard sized cup, also paper piecing, using a couple other sentiments from the same set as the first...
All the cute circles on the Quick Card panel reminded me of lots of hugs...and it's full of cheerful , fun, fall colors.  Here's a close up...
I had SO MUCH FUN with this set...how cute to send your coffee loving friend a card with a cup of coffee on it?!!!  Here are the pics of the sets I used on my cards...

Countdown to Confetti... Day Two!

It's Day Two of the three sneak peek days...counting down to the September Reverse Confetti release on Tuesday, September 8th!!  Today, I have three cards to show you today, using the 2 new sets that are being sneaked today...this first one is using a stamp from the new Walk By Faith stamp set...
There will be a total of six stamp sets and seven Confetti Cuts die sets along with a new set of Quick Card Panels with this new release!  September is going to be a GREAT month at...

I stamped the sentiment on some patterned paper (which, by the way, is splattered...am I relevant or what?!   I then die cut the rectangle using the soon to be released Thanks Tag Confetti Cuts die...a super cool and fun stand alone die set.    I layered it and adhered it to the layered remainder of that die, from the same package of patterned paper. Here's a view from the bottom...
I loved stamping this sentiment in versa mark, embossing with gold...thought it so fitting for a statement of faith:)!!..
The second and third cards use the new stamp set, Pumpkin Patch and it's coordinating Confetti Cuts dies.  I used a softer green for the leaves and adhered the pumpkin to a striped gray paper to really accentuate the colors of the pumpkin and it's leaves...
I layered both the pumpkin and its leaves and vines and tied with some gray twine.  Here's a close up of the pumpkin...
The second one using the Pumpkin Patch stamps and dies, I chose to stamp the pumpkin and clear emboss for a darker orange.  I stamped with a darker green for the leaves and die cut the pumpkin, leaves and extra (like the other cards), to layer with...
See it's shiny look...
SO MUCH FUN!!  These stamps and dies are so much fun to create with, and the possibilites are limitless!!  Here's a list of the new products I used on my cards:
