Warm Hugs

Well, we had a false alarm of a snow storm, last week, but have another one today and tomorrow...saying we will get 5-10" of snow.  We'll see about that, but the cold and wind have it feeling like it is 7º outside.  I just went out to feed the birds, and it is bitter cold!!  I made this card with a Simon Says Stamp embossing folder from their new Heart to Heart release along with a sentiment die that went perfect withd what I'm feeling...sending warm hugs from Virginia!...

I embossed the cardstock and chose to color the flat side of the embossing, showing off the debossed white snowflakes.  I used two shades of blue ink, rubbing them over the debossed flakes.  I die cut the sentiment from silver cardstock, then layered it with several die cuts from white cardstock.  I popped the snowflake panel off the cardand adhered the sentiment.  Here's a close up...
