Hugs and Love

I made a card today, with the new Simon Says Stamp Luck and Hugs stamp/die set from their newest release, Sunny Days Ahead!...
I LOVE the stamps in this set!!  I thought the flower from the set that I chose to use for my flower wreath was especially cute in it's design, I HAD to make a card showcasing this little cutie!!  I stamped and die cut the flower a dozen times, colored with markers, layered, and adhered them to a base that I had made from two circle dies...
I layered each flower with one more layer to give them some depth, and added a drop of clear Tonic drops to the center of each flower.  I used the CZ Design Archie Jr Solid Alphabet die set for the "hugs" and part of a sentiment stamp from the Tiny Words stamp set  for the stamped portion of the sentiment,  Here's a close up...
Hugs, love and rainbows...happiness!!
Thanks for visiting me today!! Hugs!! Lisa

  1. I absolutely adore this one! The rainbow colors are wonderful. Kudos

  2. Awesome card, Lisa. Rainbows are always in fashion!. What a great idea to make a frame to adhere your flowers on to get the correct circle shape. I have never thought of doing that. I just know I have such a hard time making a nice circle when trying to do it free hand. Thanks for sharing.

  3. Did you layer “hugs”? It looks thick.

I so appreciate your comments...thank you, so much, for taking the time to write:)!! Hugs!! Lisa
