A Quick Set of Thank Yous

I had a friend ask me for some thank you cards.  Fast and easy...flat and easy-to-mail cards are what came to mind...the fast and easy for me, the flat and-easy-to mail for her:)!  I simply picked coordinating patterned papers, the pretty new Dot Scallop Border die from Simon Says Stamp, and a set of Thanks sentiment stamps from Simon as well...what easy fun...
I had done a card similar to this one last year when Simon came out with a Stitched Scallop die...but this one with the dots is SO PRETTY!!  I popped up the scalloped paper over the sentimented paper, to give it a lift, making the simple card a little more special.  This second one is the only one that is slightly different in that I used Glossy Accents to dot the brown dots of the paper...kind of a fun little addition...
The nice thing with these particular sentiments... you could simply use the "thanks" alone, or use with the variety of additional sentiments that add to the "thanks"...

With this border die and some patterned papers,  thank you cards can be super easy and super cute!!  Thanks for visiting me today!! Hugs!! Lisa

  5. I actually just did a set of birthday cards with the same scalloped edge die and patterned paper too! It was kind of therapeutic : ). I was wondering if you could tell me what paper was used on the 4th and 5th card, so pretty?!

    1. OMG...Katie...I had torn all the papers I had wanted out of that 6x6 pad, so I had no idea who made it. THEN...I went into the bottom drawer of my drawer tower, where I keep my extra stash of 6x6 papers that I purchase more than one of...and there it was...a 6x6 pad with the papers you asked about. It is Garden Party by Pebbles...I think I got it at AC Moore...but a while ago. I found it on Amazon in a 12x12 pad https://www.amazon.com/Pebbles-48-Sheet-Garden-Party-12-Inch/dp/B00I78USCW Hope this helps!! Hugs!! Lisa
