I LOVE the sentiment "heartfelt thanks"!! Unfortunately, I don't see it very often:(. I also LOVE to use this sentiment with actual felt hearts...and having an idea, I made this...
I used alphabet dies and felt from Papertrey Ink, Falling Heart die from Simon Says Stamp(for all the tiny hearts made quickly and lots of hearts at one time) and a piece of a sentiment from Inkadinkado. I also layered all of the letters 3 times and used my Quikstick to pick up the little hearts and put them in place on the letters. OK...a little crazy...but once I started, there was no choice but to finish:)!! The stitched panel is from My Favorite Things, which I popped up. Here's a close up:
