I used the new Simon Says Stamp Stained Glass Greetings stamp/die set to make a Christmas cards, one outlined in gold, the other outlined in black...
I stamped, embossed, die cut, colored and layered the sentiments. I adhered them to a panel that I had stamped the Center Cut Kaleidoscope background stamp on with Simon Lipstick red ink, and stamped one of the set's sentiments at the bottom with versamark and gold embossed. I popped up the whole panel onto a card with gold embossed stripes. Here's a close up...
and another...loving these sentiments and this beautiful background stamp!!...
Here's the same card, except stamped with black ink and clear embossed...
...and a close up...
Having fun coloring this season!!...Thanks for visiting me today!!
Hugs!! Lisa
These are fabulous, Lisa! Your colors are gorgeous, and I love that each color of embossing added such a fantastic difference!
ReplyDeleteLove your cards, Lisa. They are both beautiful, so there's no picking a favorite. I'm assuming you used a pinstripe stamp to create the lined edges? Love that touch. You are always so inspiring. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteSeparately they are both beautiful. But when comparing, the first one looks pale, like a lady that forgot her eyeliner😊 I love all the components. Wonderful mix.
ReplyDeleteWow, Lisa!! These 2 cards are really sharp!! Well done you!!
