Last month, Simon Says Stamp came out with a brand new line of inks and matching cardstock with their Valentine's 2014 release! The 14 inks are amazing, have a great consistency, color, and stamp beautifully! The cardstock, in the same great colors as the inks, are heavyweight, and are a wonderful quality! I have some cards to share with you today, that use the inks and card stock from this collection...LOVE THESE COLORS!!...
I used the Memory Box Happy Birthday Background die for all five of my cards...what fun I had with this die!! This first one, I layered the letters (using some of the die cut letters from the other 4 cards) and used a rainbow of Simon colored papers for the top layers of the letters! I used my light box to perfectly place and adhere the letters to my card. I placed a die cut birthday panel UNDERNEATH my card, placed them on my light box, and as the light shone through the die cut panel and card, the placement of each letter was perfectly clear.
This one I stamped polka dotted circles with 3 of my favorite colors (green apple, island blue and blue violet), and die cut some balloons...using matching embroidery floss and tying them to the die cut panel.
I placed Simon papers in "manly" blues and browns underneath the die cut panel.
I used a rainbow of Simon inks with some glossy paper for this rainbow effect!
This last one, I used the Simon black paper with the colored papers just behind the largest "HAPPY". Aren't the Simon colors WONDERFUL??!!
Simon Says Stamp will be coming out with FIVE NEW colors of inks and cardstock with their Spring release on February 21st...how exciting...I can hardly wait!!!
AND THE GIVEAWAY...To celebrate the upcoming release, Simon Says Stamp is providing me with a full set of the the current 14 color ink pads as well as a rainbow pack of the current colors of cardstock to give away to one of my readers!!!! How crazy generous and wonderful is this??!!!
Simply leave a comment...the giveaway will end on February 19th, with the winner being announced on my blog AND the Simon Says Stamp blog on February 20th!!
AND...Join me and Simon Says Stamp on February 21st to see the full Spring Release of amazing products and those new colors!!!
