Today is release day over at Simon Says Stamp...celebrating Simon's newest release, Shine On! I have made a birthday card, with one of their cool new dies, a cover die...HAPPY...
I die cut the "HAPPY" from white cardstock, and layered. I decided to use a rainbow of colors for the background of the letters...using an old impression plate to give each piece stripes. I then finished with a die cut and layered "birthday" sentiment! Here's a close up...
