Happy Birthday Balloons

I don't know about you, but I have lots of birthdays in June and July!!  A birthday card made with the new Simon Says Stamp Everett Solid Letters dies (I LOVE these letter dies!!), a Simon balloon stencil and a Simon birthday sentiment stamp...

 I die cut and layered the "happy" letters, sponged the balloons, and added a birthday sentiment.  I hand drew strings from the balloons with a fine point marker, and a striped strip on the bottom(recycled gift card paper:)!)  Here's a close up...
