Sketch For You To Try...Love You

I've made a card to share with you for Reverse Confetti's Sketch For You to Try #32 ...here's my card and this month's sketch...
I used one of the Confetti Cuts Lovey Words dies, layered and coated with Glossy Accents.  I then took the set of Confetti Cuts dies, Stamped Note, and used the largest heart from the set.  I die cut the heart several times and used all the outside borders, but only one of the actual hearts...to give the heart some dimension.  I used the stamp edged die, only partially cutting...a couple times, to give the paper a shorter, thinner look. I stamped part of a sentiment from one of the sentiments from Lovey Words Coordinates. I then layered all three of those elements onto a card with a  patterned piece of paper , white, and some enamel dots to finish then the card...
Here's a list of the products I used on my card...

Check the sketch and details out over at the Reverse Confetti blog ...there's a prize for the winner of the challenge...you've got until the end of the month to enter...hope you will join the fun:)!!

Gold Love You

A second card I had made for last week's CAS(E) this Sketch, but entered another card instead.   I used the Hero Arts stamp/die combo for the sentiment, a Simon Says Stamp stamp set for the hearts...
I die cut the sentiment, THEN stamped on it...I'm not the best at getting the stamping on a die cut perfect, but when I got a pretty spot on one, I gold embossed the stamped "love".  I used the  stamps from the Simon Says Stamp Lots of Hearts stamp set(discontinued:(...) and gold embossed them as well, except for the largest stamped heart, which I stamped in red, cut out, and glossy accented it.  Here's the shiny and the gloss...

Love You

I made a card to show you today that has a vellum wrap...
I stamped, die cut, and colored (with Prismacolor pencils) the flowers, stamped, colored and glossy accented the sentiment.  I cut a piece of vellum to only show about 1" on the front.  I stamped and white embossed the flowers, colored, again with color pencils from behind the vellum, and added to card...
wrapped piece of pink twine around the end of the card...ok...FUN!!  This set has SUCH pretty flower stamps...oh my...this set is so beautiful!!!  Thanks for visiting me today!! Hugs!! Lisa

CAS(E) this Sketch...Sending Love

I couldn't resist the simplicity of this week's sketch at CAS(E) this Sketch and Valentine's Day fast approaching to make a heart filled card, but a card that could be sent to anyone:)...
I used a bunch of the new January release dies from Reverse Confetti, Stamped Note, Double Heart Garland, and Heart Tag Toppers,  along with the cute Quick Card Panels to make my different sized hearts, some I simply die cut, others I die cut then cut out(from the garland) .  I die cut the Lovey Words "love" and layered, then glossy accented.  The "sending" is from the Reverse Confetti Winter Words.  Here's a close up...

What a fun sketch...I hope to have another card made before tomorrow:):)!!

Reverse Confetti January Release Blog Hop!

Today, Reverse Confettti is celebrating their January  Release with a Blog Hop...the day has finally come, and all the new stamps, dies, and Quick Card Panels are now available for sale over at the Reverse Confettti store!!

You should have arrived here from the amazing Heather Pulvirenti's blog!
I hope you've had some time over the last three days, to see all the new products by way of the sneak peeks, and the Confetti Crew's inspirational and creative ways they have used the new products!!
This month's release is all about love!!  The January release has 4 sets of Reverse Confetti stamp sets, 7 sets of Confetti Cuts dies and some very sweet and "love"ly Quick Card Panels! I have chosen to use the Heart Tag Toppers,  the Lovey Words stamps and Confetti Cuts dies, and one of the Quick Card Panels (on my first project) to make a couple of MY favorite kinds of Valentines...chocolate filled!!...
I die cut the sentiment and layered 3 times.  I stamped the coordinating sentiment with versamark and white embossed.  Layered the Tag Topper several times, as well, and filled in the hearts with some pink hearts that I had separately die cut.  You take this...
and turn it into this...
What a way to beautifully dress up an average bag of chocolates...oh, I so love this topper die and these new Lovey stamps and dies!!

Ok...another one, using the vertical Heart Tag Topper...
 A close up...
and again, I have to say...from this...
to this...oh, how pretty can some kisses get??!!

Now...if you noticed, the bag of kisses had pink kisses that I didn't use in my bag(the color didn't go with the red, black and grey)...so, what to do with all the pink kisses??  Used a pillow box and the new Labeled stamp set with the Give Thanks Label Confetti Cuts die, and made yet another sweet treat for someone special:)!!...
Ok...here's a list of the products that I used on my projects:

From here, the next stop on the hop is the amazing Lisa Henke
Hey...before I go...don't forget  January's  Sketch for You to Try over at the Reverse Confetti blog...might be the creative spark you need this week:)!!
