Splendid Snowflakes

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!  I have a card to share with you that could have been  a Christmas card, but I made it to  celebrate the New Year's holiday!  It was made with a beautiful set of Simon Says Stamp snowflake dies from their DieCember® release!...

I used a white glitter cardstock for the snowflakes.  I die cut, then layered them.  I adhered them to a background made with Simon color blended paper that I had stenciled with embossing paste on a snow stencil. I added a stamped and silver embossed sentiment that was die cut and layered.  I popped up the completed panel on the card.  Here's a close up...
