I have a quick card for the CAS(E) this Sketch challenge this week:)!! I DID turn my card, as my sentiment was too long for the shorter width card. Here's my card and the sketch...
I LOVE this little sailboat and new little Splashy Waves dies from Simon Says Stamp. Used them together with a Stitched Circle die from Simon and a diagonal striped background stamp to make all the elements of my nautical card come together...I used some thin rope and made a nautical knot for my strip that goes across the card, above the sentiment....
This card is for a young man that is leaving home to start his college education...I LOVE these sketches for inspiration:)!!
EDITED~~ YAHOO...my card was chosen as a FAVORITE this week at CAS(E) this Sketch! this week:)!!
Thank you so very much, ladies, for the recognition...you absolutely made my week!! Congrats to all the winners this week!! CAS(E) this Sketch ROCKS!!
Thanks for visiting me today!!
Hugs!! Lisa
