Ink On 3 STAMPtember® Collaboration!

The Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember® collaboration of the day is Ink On 3!  This stamp die set is so cute and yet...so scary, but adorable!  I have used this Halloween kitty, to make a card to share with you today!...

Simply done, I stamped, die cut, colored with markers, and layered.  I added a stamped, die cut, and layered sentiment, as well.  I brushed on ink to the card, brushing it on very lightly where the moon image would be, to give it some glow.  Here's a close up...

STAMPtember® Boo Bundle!

There's a new Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember® release today...the Boo Bundle!  It includes a stamp and die set, an embossing folder and stencil, along with patterned paper, and ink!!  I have used the adorable stamp/die set, to make a Halloween card...

This stamp set has some really sweet little ghosts!  I used one of the ghosts, with the house and tree/bushes, and stamped, colored, and layered them.  I then brushed on ink lightly over a punched circle, then more around the panel.  I added a sentiment from the set, and then I adhered the house and the ghost over the inked panel.  I popped up the panel on the card, and added some enamel dots that I had colored blue with a marker.  Here's a close up...

Pumpkins and Mushrooms, Oh My!

I've got a couple cards to share with you today, made with a beautiful and cute stamp/die set, from Simon Says Stamp's STAMPtember® collection!  

The first card, I used the pumpkin image.  I stamped, die cut, colored with markers, layered, then adhered to a cream panel with a die cut layered frame.  I went with the cream, to match the berries.  I popped up the panel on the card.  No, no sentiment.  I just loved how it looked without one, and actually thought of framing it, but without a sentiment, it can be used for lots of occasions.   Here's a close up...

  

The second card, I chose the mushrooms...

I made it the same as the first, but with this one I dotted the mushrooms with enamel accents, and the berries with glossy accents.  I also added a stamped, die cut, and layered sentiment from the set.  Here's a close up...

As I mentioned above, this set is cute, too, as the one image I LOVED, but didn't get to, was the ghost...adorable image, and one I was really drawn to in this set.  Funny how creating goes...but I will definitely make a card with it!!  Hope your weekend is going great...please take care!

Party Balloons!

There's a new Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember® release out, over at Simon Says Stamp...some wonderful embossing folders, with dies and coordinating stencils!  I have used one of those embossing folders and it's stencils, to make a birthday card...

These balloons are so much fun!  I embossed the balloons, then brushed on colors of ink, with the stencils.  I added some confetti from a card I made a couple days ago, brushing on the ink colors I had used on the balloons, and adding a few silver ones to go with the sentiment.  Here's a close up...

Brutus Monroe STAMPtember® Collaboration!

The Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember® collaboration of the day is Brutus Monroe!  The stamps and dies for this collaboration are goosetastic!  I have made a Christmas card with one of the cute geese!...

Simply done, I stamped, die cut, and colored the goose in Christmas colors.  I used a gold pen to color in the balls(which look like ornaments to me) on the goose's dress.  I layered her, then adhered her to a panel I had embossed with an old impression plate, as well as a stamped sentiment.  I popped it up on the paneled card, and added some white enamel dots that I had colored with the the marker I used for her dress, so they matched(that's what I do more than not, these days!).  Here's a close up...

Sweet set!  Geese for all the upcoming seasons and holidays!  Had such fun coloring my goose!

STAMPtember® Embossing Folders

There is a set of six Simon Says Stamp embossing folders thaat have been released today, as a part of the Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember®  release(there is a link below for all six)!   I have used two of these folders to make a couple cards to share with you, today!...

This first one had three different bunnies and their dies, I chose the one with the balloons for my card.  I used an extra balloon, and partially set my bunny inside a die cut heart.  I curled his leg and ear to more easily fit him in the heart with a pen, rubbing it along the ear and leg, which gave them each a little curl.  I colored and layered the balloons, then used floss to attach to the balloons and then put a dot of glue on the back of each string to make sure it stayed put.  I attached the strings to the bunny's paw, and popped up the panel, stamped with a big birthday sentiment, over an embossed and colored(brushed an ink pad over the debossed side of the embossed dots) piece of cardstock.  Here's a close up...

The second card, made with a cupcake embossing folder...

I die cut, then embossed the cupcakes, with white and silver  cardstock.  With the silver cardstock, I cut them down to the cups and used them with the top halves, which were the white cardstock, and then colored pink.  I don't know about you, but cupcakes for birthdays have to have silver cupcake papers.  I then adhered the layered cupcakes on an embossed image of all the cupcakes, plus a die cut and layered Happy Birthday sentiment!  Here's a close up!...

Such fun and just to let you know, unlike most of the other collaborative releases, when these folders run out, they will be replenished...yay!!  Hope you're having a great day, and a wonderful week!

Trinity Stamps STAMPtember® Collaboration!

The Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember® collaboration of the day is Trinity Stamps, and I have made a card with this sweet stamp/die set!...

The stamp/die set is filled with adorble yetis!  I have made a card with the one throwing confetti!  I stamped, die cut and colored the yeti and confetti, then stamped more confetti on another piece of cardstock and colored those, as well!  I cut a stitched square, then stamped one of the sentiments from the set, and popped up the panel on the card.  Here's a close up...

Pretty Pink Posh STAMPtember® Collaboration!

The Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember® collaboration of the day is Pretty Pink Posh, and I have made a card with this sweet stamp/die set!...

I stamped, die cut, colored and layered all the cocoa cups, as well as the toppings.  I adhered them to a panel that I had stamped one of the sentiments, as well as brushed on embossing paste onto a Simon stencil.  Here's a close up...

Memory Box STAMPtember® Collaboration!

Today's STAMPtember® collaboration over at Simon Says Stamp is with the wonderful Memory Box!  I used this cute new stamp and die set, to make a Christmas card, with the adorable penguins from the set!...

I stamped, die cut, and colored the penguins.  I then layered them with a second layer, then adhered them into windows that I had made on an embossed panel.  On that panel, I had stamped and gold embossed the sentiment.  Funnily enough...I stamped the sentiment in black, not versamark, like I usually do with embossing powder...but it worked.  I had done that...a long time ago, but nice to know that embossing powder works with regular ink, as well!  The embossing on the panel is with a very old Papertrey Ink impression plate.  Here's a close up...

Honey Bee STAMPtember® Collaboration!

A Honey Bee Stamps STAMPtember® collaboration has released over at Simon Says Stamp, today, and I have made a card with this sweet set of stamps and dies!

I stamped the frame with versamark, then gold embossed.  I layered it a second time, for some depth, the adhered it to an embossed panel with the window of the frame cut out.  I stamped the sentiment onto a piece of paper and adhered it to a popped up panel, then adhered the holly.  Here's a close up...

This set has four frames and a whole bunch of sentiments as well as images...would make for great little cards or tags for Christmas, as well.  As with most all of the collaborations, though, they are only available until they are gone, they are not restocked, so if you like it, you best get it while you see it!  Please take care!

Gina K Designs STAMPtember® Collaboration!

The Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember® collaboration of the day is Gina K Designs, and I have made a card with the beautiful stamp/stencil/die set!...

I stamped the flowers, then used the stencils from this release, to color the flowers.  I LOVE coloring with stencils...such fun, so easy and love how they look!  I keep trying, and am learning about coloring, but am not a great colorer, so stencils are wonderful!!  I then die cut the flowers, layered and then adhered to a panel with a stamped, die cut, and layered sentiment.  I added some enamel dots, and popped up the panel onto a card that I had brushed the lightest ink around the borders.  Here's a close up...

Altenew STAMPtember® Collaboration!

Today's STAMPtember® collaboration over at Simon Says Stamp is with the wonderful Altenew!  The stamp and die set make for a big, beautiful flower...and it what fun to create!!...

This stamp set has three stamps for the stem, and five stamps for the flowers!  So, I stamped the stem first, with three different green inks.  It was so easy with my MISTI...and I think kind of one is needed, unless you have expert ability to position your stamp while stamping.   I used four different inks for the flowers, then dotted the flowers with the centers, using the darkest ink with some white ink, to make it a little different.  I positioned it on a card panel with a sentiment from the set, used some enamel dots, then popped up on card.  Here's a close up...

I think this flower is beautiful...the color combos are endless, and SO much fun to see it coming together as you stamp each layer.  As a note...I stamp the most "full" stamp of the stem and the flower, with the lightest ink, then work my way to the darkest ink being left for the stamps with the "least" image.  Hope that makes sense.  Check out this, and all the other STAMPtember® collaborations HERE!  Hope you are having a great start to your week.  Thanks for visiting me today!! CZ Design STAMPtember® Collaborations!

There's an amazing CZ Design STAMPtember® collaboration at Simon Says Stamp today!  It includes three sets of stamps and dies, a single set of stamps, sentiment  strips, and cropping panels!!  I have used stamps and a die from two of the sets to make a couple CAS cards to share with you today!...

This card was so much fun...I rarely do things like this.  I used a dark ink, as well as a die cut circle adhered to the upper corner, and brushed on the ink on the card panel.  I made sure to brush on the ink lighter around the moon, to give it that glow.  I then stamped the tree and sentiment a couple times with my MISTI, and then popped the panel up on the card.  I used a glossy black card...kind of felt more "halloweeny" than just plain black.  Here's a close up...

The second card...

I stamped, die cut, and colored the flowers.  I colored a frame for the flowers with the same ink as the leaves, then found a piece of textured cardstock that just "went" with the flowers.  I added some enamel dots and popped up the panel on the card.  Here's a close up...

Whimsy STAMPtember® Collaboration!

The STAMPtember® collaboration release today, over at Simon Says Stamp, is a stamp and die set by the wonderful Whimsy Stamps!  I have used one of the adorable owls from the set, to make a card with a theme that I'm wondering if you will know when you see it?

Okay...to me, the glasses were a dead giveaway as to how this image needed to be colored.  In case you haven't guessed my thoughts...Harry Potter!  The owl is Hedwig, with Harry's glasses on!  So, I colored the hat brown, for the Sorting Hat, and the wand dark brown, for each wizard's wand.  Hedwig is white, so I simply gave him some shading and dotted his wings with black, as white owls have.  The background colors are Gryffindor's colors....I'm a Gryffindor...I just couldn't resist it all!!  Here's a close up...

Tim Holtz STAMPtember® Collaboration!

I have a couple cards to share with you, today, that celebrate the first of MANY collaborations for the Simon Says Stamp's month long STAMPtember® release!  These are from a new Tim Holtz set, that's also from a whole workshop that Timon Holtz will be having on You Tube with Simon's founder, Heidi, on September 26th!  This set is from one of the two sets, and celebrates Christmas and the Winter season!...

I stamped, die cut, colored and layered the images, then framed both of them.  The only difference was because of the sentiment of the second card, I used embossing paste, a Simon stencil, and made snow.  These cards are simple in their make up, but I think the stamps are beautiful and stand alone beautifully!!
