I used the cool new Simon Says Stamp's Blessing die, from the DieCember® release, to make five very different but very similiar cards for friends/family...
I was not the best at getting Christmas cards in the mail this year. I decided, with the encouragement from one of my sisters, that a New Years card would be a great second to a Christmas card. I chose the "Blessings" die, along with an older piece of Reverse Confetti rainbow patterned paper, to make my favorite rainbow flavored cards. SUPER fun and pretty easy, I used the pieces of rainbow, black, and whtie die cuts with one another, mixing the pieces to make some colorful combos!! The background was made with a discontinued embossing plate, but you could substitute that with other stripes/striped paper. Blessing means God's favor and protection...how perfect, with the new year, to tell others that you want for them God's favor and protection! Here's the first one...

The below pic shows the sentiment that is inside of each of the cards...made with sentiment stamps from two different Simon sentiment stamp sets:)!...I thought the words...PERFECT!!
The second card...
This one, I used glossy accents on the frame...loved the "shiny"!!...
This next one, the only color underneath the letters...
