Welcome Little One Baby Feet

I made a baby card with the adorable Simon Says Stamp Welcome Little One die and Oh Baby stamp/die set!!...

I stamped and die cut the baby feet and layered.  I die cut the sentiment and layered the top and bottom sections twice each.  I adhered them to the card and added white Tonic drops for interest.  Here's a close up...
