Birthday Wishes

I used a couple Simon Says Stamp dies and some paint chips, to make a more "masculine" birthday card...
I layered the Spinner Trail die a few times with white cardstock, and after die cutting the pieces of each circle from paint chips, added them to the white layered die cut(you could always make it easier by simply cutting circles from the chips that fit each circle on the die.  The "birthday wishes" is the middle of the Birthday Wishes Frame die.  I love how paint chips always give the die cuts a little gloss.  I also rounded the lower right corner to kind of follow the circles and cause I just felt like it:):)!!  Here's a close up...
Thanks for visiting me today!! Hugs!! Lisa

  8. Hi Lisa! I recently discovered you and am so happy I did! I absolutely love your style and you inspire me to want to create beautiful cards too. In several of your descriptions, you mention you use "paint chips." Please forgive my ignorance, but what are those? Are you talking about the little paint sample cards you get from paint stores? Are you gathering them and using them in your card making? Or, do you put ink on paper and then die cut through the color and that is the "paint chip?" Please tell me about these mysterious paint chips. And again, thank you so much for sharing your talent and creativity with the world. You are amazing!
