The brand new Reverse Confetti Double Banner Garland Confetti Cuts dies are so much fun!! I combined the garlands with some of the new paper from Reverse Confetti... a rainbow colored Spring Fling Quick Card Panel...you know me and rainbows, to make a birthday card...
I layered the white borders twice, and cut the colored banners so that the stripes would be vertical and added a sentiment from one of my very favorite sets of sentiment stamps, a set called Lots to Say (my go-to set...love the fonts, layouts, and words of these sentiments), also by Reverse Confetti! Added a few enamel dots and HAPPY is what it makes me:)!! Thanks for visiting me today!!
