A quick post today...made this card with a border from W Plus 9 Background Builders Hearts and a sentiment from Hero Arts Year Round Sentiments.

I stamped the border, leaving room for the sentiment by stamping the second border above and below the space, and clear embossed. Colored hearts with black, dark gray, light gray and left some white. I cut out and colored 3 hearts red and glossed all the hearts with glossy accents and popped up the red ones. Here's a close up...
