Celebrate

Hope for all those here in the states, you had a nice Labor Day!!  Did anyone catch Michael's over the weekend??  Well...I used my 50% off coupon for some adhesive, but all their stamps were 40% off, and I purchased one and made this card...
I just thought this stamp(yes..the candles AND sentiment are one stamp) was too sweet!!  Stamped it on white card and then again on 6 different colored papers.  I cut the candles and flames and popped up on the stamped image.  Super simple in celebration of Labor Day....no labor:)!!  The stamp is Hampton Arts.   Hope everyone with little ones is adjusting to the new school year!!  Thanks for visiting me today!! Hugs!! Lisa

  4. What a fun card! See now, me, I would have just stamped the candles onto the cardstock and colored them. You know how to get texture and dimension and interest simply by cutting and popping them. I aspire.
