I opted, as I often do in my cards, for a traditional take and made a banner of somewhat untraditional hearts. The hearts hang over the black floss...here are a few pics to show you how I did it....just in case you're wondering...
The first pic shows a folded piece of white cardstock not quite to the top of the medium papertrey ink heart die, then die cutting the middle out.
Die cut a regular heart from pink papertrey ink graphic paper and cut the middle out. Attach the pink to the white and hang over the black floss. I put a glue dot at the bottom tip of each heart on the inside to keep each heart together while hanging. Threaded the floss through the buttons and added Hero Arts sentiment.
