The challenge this week at Less is More is to make a clean and simple card with shine!! I opted to use some gems to give my card some shine...
I used some gems from Martha Stewart, a flower die from Papertrey Ink, and a sentiment from Stampotique. Die cut the flowers, added sentiment, popped up on Bazzill gray card and adhered the gems. Tried the gems on white, black...and a bunch of colors in between, but decided the gems looked best against the gray. Sometimes you need to try some card colors "on for size" before you pick a color! The ink is gray, as well. I do think, though, that phographing gems or shiny cards is super tough...the colors on this card look so much sweeter IRL...but you get the idea with the photo:)!!
